Elder John M. Madsen of the Quorum of the Seventy focused on knowing Christ during his General Conference talk Sunday afternoon.

Beginning by speaking of the blessings of eternal life, he said that knowing Christ is imperative to progression.

Elder Madsen first asked the question "What does it mean to know Christ and how do we come to know him?"

He answered by saying that members need to receive Him to know Him. He then went further to say that in order to do so, members need to come unto Christ by striving to become like Him.

He concluded by saying that all who will know Him will receive the knowledge and accept and know Him.
